Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
.NET framework is a component of the Microsoft Windows operating system used to run Windows-based applications.
All of our applications require the presence of Microsoft .Net framework version 3.5. This comes pre-installed on all Microsoft Vista operating systems, therefore if you are using Microsoft Vista you do not need to install the .Net framework again.
To Check to See If You Have the .NET Framework Installed
If you are using Microsoft XP or earlier operating systems you need to check if you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed.
You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 listed, the latest version is already installed and you do not need to install it again.
